Studio Policies
01. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings to secure your dedicated time. This amount is credited toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
02. Cancellations
We respect your time and ask for the same. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will result in a loss of deposit.
03. Preparation
Please arrive with clean lashes, free from makeup or oils. We recommend avoiding caffeine prior to your appointment to ensure more comfortable relaxing experience.
04. Late Arrivals
We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving beyond this time may require your appointment to be rescheduled or cancelled.
